Samsung knew iPhone users are hard to impress (especially with a Samsung). So, we masked our new Flip5 in a top-secret, Apple-like film set and white box, then invited iPhone users to preview it as a “top-secret prototype.” Their real, unscripted reactions showed that, despite their loyalty to Apple, they loved the new Samsung Flip5.
